Atherton Development is a Dallas-based custom home builder. We design and build a small, focused slate of homes each year — spec builds in Midway Hollow and Preston Hollow, plus bespoke client homes across North Texas.
Our work is grounded in three things: thoughtful design, durable construction, and real client communication from contract through closeout. Every detail — floor plan, finish, fixture — is treated as a long-term decision, not a checkbox.

Jenny Dillon
Lead Designer, Atherton Development
Jenny leads design and selections for every Atherton Development home, working closely with clients to translate the way they actually live into floor plans and finishes that hold up over time.
Her approach is hands-on: site visits, walk-throughs of in-progress builds, and direct involvement in the choices that make a custom home feel like yours rather than a template.
